"This is the first year we used Bernadette to do our income tax. We are retired and our taxes are fairly straight forward, with the addition of health related travel this past year. Bernadette quoted us a price up front. We communicated via email, and a couple of phone calls. I sent all of our tax slips to her electronically, she asked a couple of questions, and very quickly she sent the files for our approval and electronic signature.
